Orlando Bellydance Convention 2024 will have plenty of space for you as our vendor to sell your products. We want to delight our attendees with your amazing merchandise, and offer you as well a fabulous experience.
OBC's Responsibilities:
1. OBC shall accept and provide the following:
a. Vendor table, 6' x 30".
b. Only two vendors per category.
c. Promotion on Social Media, OBC’s website, and Newsletter.
d. Fashion Show on Thursday evening (IF there is quorum and IF product applies).
e. Complete Event Details will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the Event Date or before.

Vendor's Responsibilities:
2. The Vendor, in turn, shall provide and be responsible for the following:
a. Vendor space is on a first-come, first-served basis.
b. Optional: Provide a product or a gift certificate for competition prize packages (must be specified upon submission).
c. Vendor is responsible for their own table dressings.
d. Vendor is responsible for getting the model(s) for the Fashion Show, which may be used in combination with another vendor.
e. Vendors may only move in or move out during designated time periods.
f. Responsible for charging applicable sales taxes on merchandise and reporting income as per Florida and home state laws.
g. Not hold Orlando Bellydance Convention or its representatives responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vendor merchandise or property.
h. Printed promotion distribution by vendors is restricted to the confines of the vendor's booth area.
i. Must be completely set up 30 minutes prior to the start time of workshops for the day.
j. OBC reserves the right to cancel the Fashion Show if there is no quorum.
k. OBC reserves the right to exclude vendors from the Fashion Show if their product is not applicable.
l. OBC reserves the right of admission.
m. Vendor fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
n. Vendor must bring their own extension cords (if applicable).

b. A deposit of $100 is required. Final payment is due by Sunday, June 25th, 11:59 pm EST.
c. The vendor's logo must be sent for promotional purposes.
