Requirements & Deadlines:

1. Competition Registration Deadline:
   - Deadline: August 10th, 2024, 11:59 pm EST.

2. Registration Packages:
   - To enter the competition, participants must be registered in OBC with one of the following packages:
     - One Day Pass
     - VIP Package
     - Elite VIP Package
   - This requirement also applies to each member of a troupe in the Group Category.

3.  Artist Release Form:
   - All participants must fill out the Artist Release form.

4. Group Registration (For Group Category):
   - For group registration, send an email with the number of members, and the organizers will send you an invoice.
   - All members of the group must sign the artist release.

Guidelines:

1. Timeliness:
   - Participants must be dressed and ready at least a half-hour prior to their scheduled competition time.

2. Cover-up Requirement
   - When outside of the dressing room, participants must wear a cover-up.

3. Music Timing:
   - Points will be deducted if the performance's music runs overtime.

4. Original Choreography:
   - In the Professional soloist categories, choreography must be original. No choreographies learned from other artists or instructors are allowed.

5. Backstage and Dressing Area:
   - No personal assistants or helpers are allowed backstage or in the dressing area.

6. On-Stage Presence:
   - Participants must remain on stage during their entire performance.

7. Judges' Scores:
   - Judges' scores are final. Participants must pick up their score sheet after the competition or by the end of the event.

8. Registration Refund Policy:
   - Competition registration is non-refundable and non-transferable without exceptions.

9. Cancellation Policy:
   - If there are no more than 3 registered contestants, the competition will be canceled.
   - No prizes will be offered if the competition is canceled.

10. Media and Photography:
    - Participants can purchase pictures and videos of their performance.
    - Unauthorized videography or photography is not allowed during any shows.

11. Event Modifications:
    - The organizers reserve the right to modify the date, prizes, or time of the competition prior to the event, and participants will be informed.
    - The organizers also reserve the right of admission.

12. Lost or Stolen Articles:
    - The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

13. Performance Restrictions:
    - No flame or nudity is allowed in any category.
    - Live animals are not permitted in any category.

14. Consequences of Non-Compliance:
    - Not following these rules will result in disqualification.
