Jamaican-born Sandi Morais is the author of Vegan Recipe for Life cook book.  She is a graduate from Florida International University.  She also attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.  Sandi had the opportunity to study with Johnny Rivers, former Disney's Executive Chef and Dr. Aris LaTham, Father of Gourmet Raw Living Food.  In 2018 she was the VIP Chef at the inaugural Vegan Festival in Orlando, Florida. ⁠
